Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who came to Antalya for the first time on March 6, 1930, visited various parts of the city during his first visit, which lasted about a week; After watching the sea, the opposite shores and the view of the snow-covered Bey Mountains from the Erenkuş location on the Lara road, where he came with his entourage on March 8, he said, "Without a doubt, Antalya is the most beautiful place in the world." he said. After this first visit, Atatürk came to Antalya two more times (February 10, 1931 and February 18, 1935). The mansion allocated to him during his visits to the city was later converted into a museum to keep his memory alive.
The mansion, which has a two-storey rectangular plan, has been serving the public as the Atatürk House Museum since 1986.
