Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our travel agency offers flexible cancellation and refund policies, prioritizing customer satisfaction. These conditions apply in case of cancellation or refund of reservations made by our customers for daily tours. Detailed information on cancellation and refund procedures is provided below.

 

1. Cancellation Procedures

Our customers have the right to cancel their tour reservations for various reasons. However, certain deadlines and rules apply during the cancellation process:

  • Cancellations 7 Days Before the Tour Date: For cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date, the reservation fee will be refunded without interruption.

  • Cancellations 3-6 Days Before the Tour Date: For cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the tour date, 50% of the tour fee will be refunded. The remaining 50% is deducted as a reservation fee.

  • Cancellations 2 Days or Less Before the Tour Date: For cancellations made 2 days or less before the tour date, no refund will be made and the full booking fee will be deducted.

 

2. Changes Made by the Customer

We are happy to assist clients who wish to make changes to tour dates or participant information. However, these changes are subject to availability and certain rules:

  • Date Change: For change requests made 5 days before the tour date, the tour date can be changed free of charge according to availability.

  • Participant Change: Participant name change can be made at least 2 days before the tour and there is no additional charge for this change.

  • Change Requests: Date or participant change requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service.

 

3. Cancellations Made by Our Agency

Tour cancellations may be made by our travel agency due to reasons such as extraordinary circumstances or insufficient number of participants:

  • Insufficient Number of Participants: In case of insufficient number of participants, the tour will be canceled and the customer will be informed and the paid fee will be refunded in full.

  • Weather or Force Majeure: If the tour is canceled due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters or emergencies, the customer can make a reservation for another date or receive a full refund.

  • Compensation for Cancellations Made by Our Agency: In case of cancellation by our agency, no additional compensation will be paid to our customers, but all fees paid will be refunded.

 

4. Return Process

The refund process for canceled reservations is carried out in accordance with the following steps:

  • Refund by Payment Method: Depending on the payment method used at the time of booking, the refund is made with the same method. For example, for payments made by credit card, the refund is made to the same card.

  • Refund Period: Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from the confirmation of the cancellation request. Depending on the bank and payment providers, this period may vary.

  • Partial Refund: In case some of the services included in the tour package are not used, partial refund requests are evaluated. However, partial refund requests made after the start of the tour are not accepted.

Our cancellation and refund policy may be updated from time to time in line with changing legal regulations and business conditions.
